Noelle Smith accepts all major credit cards, safely and securely, through Square, Inc.
No refunds will be administered for styling service purchases.
A retainer fee in the amount of 50% is required for all session, and the retainer paid is non-refundable.
No time or date will be reserved until the retainer is
received. The retainer shall be applied towards the total cost of the service provided by the
Photographer. The balance of all packages must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the
session. If final payment is not received the, the Photographer has the right to cancel or reschedule the session or to hold images until payment is received.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, or if it is defective in any way, we want to correct that for you immediately! We will gladly replace, exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid for the item. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days, providing a copy of the receipt with the returned item. We will pay for cost of shipping only on defective items.
We stand behind our products and we encourage you to reach out via email or phone to ensure an item can be returned.
Please include your shipping label and invoice in the original package. Indicate the item(s) being returned and the reason for your return.
Once we have received your item(s), a refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be processed.
Please keep in mind that Sale items, Clearance items or items listed as Final Sale are non-returnable items.
